Warranty Policy

Lifetime Warranty, OEE or OEM quality glass is used to ensure the structural integrity of your car. If adjustment or repair is needed, we will do it at no cost to you as long as you lease or own the vehicle. Lifetime warranty against leaks and manufacturers defects. Warranty exclusions include any damage caused by impact of any object to glass, damage resulting from vehicle collision, auto theft, vandalism, owner negligence and natural disaster. Warranty void if any other shop or glass company works on affected area, we will not reimburse for out-of-pocket repair expenses unless there is prior approval. Warranty does not cover glass, moldings, or parts purchased by the customer independently, or previously used parts.  Your warranty does not cover aftermarket products previously installed on your vehicles such as Remote starters, alarms, radios, TV antennas, or tint. This warranty does not cover leaks, stress cracks, or anything related to pre-existing damage.  We use industry approved automotive tape and if paint peeling occurs, we are not responsible. We will be working in areas near the cowl and dash. Age and condition of your vehicle and heat and sun damage to those areas, during windshield removal could result in your dash or cowl breaking or coming apart. This pre-existing condition is not always visible prior to removal of your windshield we are not responsible for this damage if it occurs.  We attempt to vacuum excess glass from your vehicle. However, we are not a detail shop and there for are not responsible for the removal of all glass. There may be glass particles not immediately visible. Please take precautions to avoid any injury. Some vehicles have ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) may require recalibration or vehicles with anti-pinch feature may require a reset by the dealer.  Customers are solely responsible for payment to dealer after windshield or window replacement. During the replacement of Broken side windows, back glasses, and vent glasses may cause small particles of glass to fall and lodge into the regulators, trunk latches, motors or door latching mechanisms. This can occur as when the glass is broken, while driving after breakage, or during removal and installation or while driving after installation. Auto Glass MX is not responsible for this damage. A specialist may be required at customer's expense for repairs.
